In the article, pedagogical reflection is considered as a professional competence, its essence, stages and mechanisms for reflexing activity are presented. The phenomenon revealed in an integrative context, specifics of revealing experience teacher described. role reflexive thinking justified. conditions development were highlighted. most important among them are: updating teacher’s reflexivity; specially organized teacher; presence environment; enhancing interpersonal relationships participants activities; using educational programs. model personal support specialist analyzed necessity application main goal personality should be creation favorable formation mature identity. Continuing education represents constant creative improvement each person throughout life by means interaction all knowledge obtained at different learning.
